DevOps Engineer

W Code & Pepper are looking for an internal DevOps person – someone who will support various teams and clients at different stages of development. This is a role of 'special tasks': infrastructure organization, process optimization, and support during scaling and stabilization of environments. At the start, it will be a project from the FinTech area (analysis of stock companies regarding ESG indicators), but ultimately we are talking about a role with broad impact in the company – not assigned to one team permanently. Our must have: 3 years of experience in DevOps or related field; knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK; experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes; understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation; ability to work independently and collaboratively; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in FinTech or related areas, such as data analysis, machine learning, or financial modeling.
