Must have requirements:

Must have a strong hands-on experience in AWS;
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK) and GitLab pipelines;
Good knowledge of IT security principles;
Advance experience in software development (Git, Python, TypeScript)
Experience with AI development including agentic, experience with delivering AI solutions to customers at scale;
AI tools for Devs (Amazon Q, Kiro, Claude), coding assistants, AI agents;
Practical experience with IDEs (VS Code, IntelliJ)
Service management experience (ITIL or similar)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
EU citizenship
Fluent English: B2/C1.
Being open to occasional business trips abroad and visits in our office in Katowice

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer (AWS) to join Sopra Steria Polska and one of our innovative international squads. You will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization our Cloud Development tools & Development environment offer. This team is responsible for implementing, maintaining and supporting the Developer’ tools and development environment used by the organization.

Note that we can only offer cooperation to people who are located in Poland and have EU citizenship.

The recruitment process for this position consists of two stages:

a short phone call with a recruiter (30 min max)
one-hour long interview on Teams (with both general and technical questions)

Salary range:

UOP: 12 000-16 000 PLN gross/month.

B2B: 100-140 PLN net/h
