Full Stack Senior Developer

In your role as Full Stack Senior Developer, you will contribute to the analysis, design, implementation, and deployment of product features that enrich and improve MEDFAR's health platform. You will play a key role in delivering secure, evolving, and user-centered solutions, supporting new clinical flows and technological innovation.

The ideal candidate has experience in developing large-scale web applications, solid leadership and communication skills, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable taking technical decisions, leading your colleagues, and taking the initiative to achieve high-quality results across the stack.

Main Responsibilities

As Full Stack Senior Developer, you will play a central role in building reliable, secure, and evolving web applications. You will intervene throughout the stack while contributing to improving team development standards and practices. Specifically, you will be expected to:

• Develop end-to-end solutions : Design, develop, and maintain features on front-end and back-end systems, with a strong focus on performance and user experience ;
• Making informed technological decisions : Select the appropriate tools and frameworks to effectively solve problems, considering long-term maintainability and business impact ;
• Value code quality : Write clean, testable, and efficient code, and set an example by conducting rigorous code reviews and sharing best practices ;
• Improve our processes : Continuously seek opportunities to optimize our development processes, whether through automation, tool improvement, or workflow refinement ;
• Lead and accompany : Foster the growth of your colleagues through mentorship, technical guidance, and contributing to a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing ;
