Join our dynamic team as a Engineering Manager and lead a dedicated team of engineers! You will play a crucial role in promoting innovation and delivering reliable technological solutions. *What you'll do*
* Lead, guide, and encourage a team of engineers to achieve ambitious goals.
* Develop and implement successful systems and innovative features.
* Optimize code to achieve high-performance objectives.
* Build and maintain exceptional tools for game developers.
* Coordinate and negotiate with external collaborators, including engineering, production, construction, art, and quality assurance teams.
* Provide technical analysis and documentation for new systems.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
* Guide career development and skill growth within your team.
*What we're looking for*
* Proven experience in leadership roles in engineering.
* More than 5 years of experience with Unity, C#, URP, and Addressables.
* Mastery of Google Cloud, Firebase, Jenkins, Gradle, and Groovy.
* Solid technical expertise in code optimization and system construction.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
* Passion for mentoring and developing engineering talents.
* Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
* Proactive and determined attitude to achieve goals.
* Mastery of English; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
