New Projects Developer (M/F/X)

Position based in Lyon or Dijon.

As a New Projects Developer, you will be on the front line to identify and secure new solar and/or storage sites in the AURA and Burgundy regions, while building strong relationships with local stakeholders (communities, landowners, businesses, partners). Thanks to your on-the-ground sense and your ability to bring people together, you will actively participate in the development of projects that make sense for the territory and its inhabitants.

Your missions

· Ensure active monitoring of market opportunities (calls for projects, calls for tenders) in your territory.

· Build and maintain a strong local network, including partners, communities, and business introducers.

· Identify new sites with potential through your network, mapping tools, and your fieldwork.

· Carry out the technico-economic analysis of sites, integrating constraints and risks.

· Approach landowners, farmers, communities, and C&I clients to present Novar and its solutions.

· Prepare and present responses to calls for projects.

· Negotiate and contract land and commercial agreements.

· Ensure follow-up of opportunities until their realization and their transition to the development phase.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, processes, and knowledge related to territorial development.

Your profile

· Bac+5 training: business school, master's degree in territorial planning, urban planning, or rural law.

· 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (land prospecting, renewable energy development, or territorial planning).

· Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

· Strong taste for fieldwork and direct contact with local stakeholders.

· Analytical mind, rigor, and autonomy in project management.

· Motivation to evolve in a promising and rapidly transforming sector.
