Senior .Net MENDIX Developer

Our client is looking for a developer to join their multidisciplinary team. Bilingualism required. Contract consultant position for 24 months. Estimated hourly rate by our firm 90-100$ per 37.5 hours per week. Hybrid mode: 3 days per week at the office in downtown Montreal.

Tasks main :

• Design and implement technical solutions
  
• Implement, test, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (YAML) and integrate them with recommended quality monitoring tools (e.g. SonarQube)
  
• Show technical leadership, stay up-to-date on technological market evolution, and identify opportunities for improving existing technologies continuously.
  
• Show resourcefulness and quickly resolve production system incidents by working with relevant teams and expertise as needed
  
• Demonstrate your learning abilities and polyvalence to manage a range of various (legacy and emerging) technologies ;
  
• Work in an team environment, coach and mentor others, and participate in recruiting and integrating new developers into the team
  

Profile Required :

• A degree in computer science, engineering, or a relevant field
  
• BILINGUISME REQUIS
  
• At least 8 years of experience as a developer or software engineer
  
• Experience in developing and maintaining secure Full Stack .Net solutions with C#
  
• Experience in designing, documenting, developing, securing, and consuming REST API and/or Graph APIs
  
• Familiarity with SOLID design principles and design patterns
  
• Experience with modern authentication and authorization mechanisms (OpenID Connect and OAuth)
  
• Experience in developing robust automated tests (unit tests, service tests)
  
• Motivation to evolve and modernize critical large-scale applications with complex business logic.
  
• Competence in developing with various cloud providers and cloud design models
  
• Understanding of containerization and cloud services (Docker, Kubernetes, Tanzu)
  
• Expertise in using Microsoft Visual Studio, Git, Azure DevOps or Jenkins, NuGet, and associated tools
  
• Experience working with relational databases such as RDS, SQL Server, and MySQL
  
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and knowledge of event systems and messaging (e.g. Kafka and ActiveMQ)
