Through our strong mobility-oriented DNA, we support our clients across all phases of a digital project lifecycle. Whether through expertise missions, Proofs of Concept (PoC), scoping, or development, we are convinced that the technology used is merely a means to meet a functional need. This is why we also handle projects in native mobile, cross-platform, web front-end, Progressive Web Apps, or back-end.

We support our clients on projects from their premises, in a dedicated service center, or on a fixed-price basis in our agency.

To support this significant growth, and to structure the management of our fixed-price projects, our Digital Factory is looking for new talent.

Your missions:

To strengthen our Digital Factory, we are looking for a Mobile Developer (Android or iOS), to support our clients in the design, mobile development, up to the deployment and operation of the developed applications.

To do this, you will be responsible for:

Design and Develop:

• Participate in the functional and technical scoping of mobile projects

• Communicate with technical and business teams to understand user needs

• Contribute to the definition of User Stories and technical tasks

• Estimate development effort and participate in planning

• Design and develop performant and robust mobile applications (native)

• Implement new features

• Ensure integration with APIs and back-end services

• Optimize performance, memory management, and user experience

• Write associated technical documentation

• Conduct technological watch on mobile ecosystems

Integrate and Deploy:

• Implement and apply best practices for quality, security, and performance (unit tests, UI tests, code reviews, SonarQube…)

• Participate in the setup and improvement of mobile CI/CD pipelines

• Manage builds and deployments to the stores (App Store, Google Play)

• Monitor production releases and ensure operational maintenance

• Analyze user feedback and fix bugs

• Participate in support and continuous evolution of applications

Technical Contexts:

• Languages: Kotlin, Swift

• Platforms / frameworks: Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift)

• Architecture: MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular services

• API / REST, JSON, cache management and offline features

• Methodologies / concepts: Agile Scrum / Kanban, TDD, BDD

• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Git

• Continuous Integration: GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Fastlane, mobile automated testing tools

• Environments: Android Studio, Xcode

You are the candidate we are looking for if:

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Computer Science or are a graduate of an engineering school.

• You have at least 5 years of post-graduate experience in a similar role (iOS or Android mobile development).

• You have a consulting mindset, offering advice and the ability to take a step back, and you are a driver for project advancement considering the challenges,

• Your English level is professional,

• A driver's license is recommended for travel to our clients,

Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent contract, Executive status

• Salary: €40,000 to €45,000 per year, depending on profile (SYNTEC collective agreement applicable).

• Location: Nantes within our agency for internal projects or at the client's site depending on the mission offered.
