Full Stack Software Developer

As a Full Stack Software Developer within the Applications team at Vention, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing robotic solutions that leverage Vention's material, software, and automation ecosystem, as well as that of our partners. You will lead the development of robotic solutions and contribute to the creation of Vention's flagship applications such as MachineApps Palletizer and MachineApps Sanding. You will work directly and daily with recognized robot brands like FANUC, Universal Robots, and ABB. You will collaborate closely with automation, electrical, mechanical, and robotics engineers from Vention's main product teams.

The Full Stack Software Developer intervenes at different stages of a product's life cycle — from prototyping and mockup (with marketing intent) to advanced development for client and product milestones.

In this role, you will be expected to :

• Design, develop, and deploy internal and external features using TypeScript, React, and Python.

• Write highly maintainable code thanks to simplicity and good need assessment.

• Design, build, test, and characterize robotic solutions by leveraging Vention's ecosystem.

• Work directly with robots from different brands on a daily basis.

• Contribute to the product roadmap by creating prototypes and preliminary components in collaboration with Mechanical Material and Automation Material teams, to expand application scope and global offer of Vention.

• Work on future versions of existing MachineApps from Vention to ensure continuous improvement and enrich their features.

• Learn new industrial manufacturing procedures to develop new commercialized applications by Vention.

• Participate in all stages of robotic product development — from prototyping to production, until client support after launch.

• Contribute to writing application documentation (design guides, integration/assembling manuals, installation manuals, and usage manuals).
