Technical Lead Developer

At Familiprix, our Priorx team is developing a new-generation solution supported by an in-cloud architecture based on micro-services.
We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Lead Developer to accompany this transformation.

With more than 10 years of experience, expertise in C# / .NET 8+, and demonstrated experience in a Tech Lead role, you will play a key role in the design and quality of the product.

• Provide clear and consistent technical guidance to development team members
• Actively participate in code reviews and ensure the quality and robustness of deliverables
• Foster collaboration, encourage open communication, and maintain a positive team dynamic
• Serve as the main point of contact for all technical questions related to laboratory software
• Ensure that proposed solutions respect architecture standards, performance, and scalability concerns
• Actively participate in and contribute concretely to the development of the software in C#, .NET 8+
• Implement complex, critical, or impactful features on the overall architecture
• Develop, optimize, and maintain APIs, micro-services, and distributed components
• Work directly in code to lead the team by example, demonstrate best practices, and contribute to the advancement of deliverables
• Participate in resolving high-level technical issues (debugging, performance, architecture)

• Hold a degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent
• Possess at least 10 years of experience in software development
• Mastery of C# languages in a professional context
• Excellent knowledge of .NET 8, Entity Framework Core
• Familiarity with React, MUI, an asset
• Ease working in an Agile framework and using JIRA project management tool
• Experience with GitLab and cloud services Azure, an asset
