Through our strong mobility-oriented DNA, we support our clients throughout all phases of the digital project lifecycle. This is why we also handle projects in native mobile, cross-platform, web front-end, Progressive Web Apps, or back-end.

We support our clients on projects from their premises, in a remote service center, or on a fixed-price basis at our agency.

To support this strong growth, and to structure the management of our fixed-price projects, our Digital Factory is looking for new talent.

Your missions:

To strengthen our Digital Factory, we are looking for a Java / DevOps Developer, to support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their applications: from back-end design and development to the industrialization of deployments, production launch, and operation of the developed services.

For this, you will be responsible for:

Design and develop:

• Participate in the functional and technical scoping of projects.

• Liaise with technical and business teams.

• Define User Stories and technical tasks.

• Estimate development effort.

• Design and develop back-end applications in Java / Spring Boot.

• Develop and maintain APIs and services, primarily REST and possibly GraphQL.

• Participate in the design of microservices and API-oriented architectures.

• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability by applying best practices: clean code, automated tests, code reviews, performance, and security.

• Optimize application performance and resilience.

• Write and maintain technical documentation.

• Conduct technological watch on development, cloud, and DevOps practices.

Industrialize and automate:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD integration and continuous deployment pipelines.

• Automate build, test, delivery, and deployment processes.

• Participate in the industrialization and reliability of deployments.

• Containerize applications with Docker.

• Deploy and administer applications on Cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of technical environments.

• Identify manual tasks that can be automated and propose suitable solutions.

• Participate in the continuous improvement of development and operational practices.

Supervise and operate:

• Ensure the monitoring of applications in production.

• Participate in the supervision, monitoring, and improvement of service observability.

• Analyze incidents, contribute to their resolution, and implement preventive actions.

• Participate in problem management and improving application availability.

• Support production launches and corrective evolutions.

• Participate in user support and communication with various stakeholders.

Technical contexts:

• Languages: Java, Spring Boot

• DevOps and CI/CD: Git, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker

• Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Infrastructure and deployment: Kubernetes, Terraform… depending on projects.

• Quality and security: SonarQube, code review, automated tests, vulnerability analysis

• Web services: REST API, possibly GraphQL and SOAP

• Architecture: microservices, API-oriented architectures, and distributed architectures

• Methodologies and practices: Agile Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, DevSecOps approach

• Collaborative tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack

You are the candidate we are looking for if:

• You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in computer science or are a graduate of an engineering school.

• You have at least 5 years of post-graduation experience in a similar role (Java development).

• You have a consultant's mindset, offering advisory support, with the ability to step back and drive projects forward considering the stakes,

• Your English level is professional,

• “User eXperience” resonates with you!

• It would be a plus if: You have already used or experimented with artificial intelligence tools in a professional context, particularly for development support, code analysis, documentation, or automation.

• A driver's license is recommended for travel to our clients,

Details:

• Job type: Full-time, Permanent contract, Executive status

• Salary: €40,000 to €47,000 per year, depending on profile (SYNTEC convention applicable).

• Location: Nantes, within a client's agency and at our premises for internal projects.
