As part of a Sopra Steria team for one of our major banking clients, you will participate in a large-scale digital transformation project.

Your role and responsibilities:

Within a project team of 5 to 15 people, your responsibilities will include:

• You will be involved in the design and development phase (backend and frontend) of User Stories, adhering to development and security standards.
• You will be responsible for design, estimation, and development.
• You will participate in the entire continuous integration chain for your stack.
• You will contribute to technical capitalization and present technical topics within the teams.

To further enhance your technical expertise, we offer you the opportunity to participate in the Tech’me UP initiative, which aims to promote technical fields within Sopra Steria.

The main focus areas are:

• Tech Excellence: develop skills through craftsmanship and algorithmics, improve development environments to meet time-to-market and quality challenges;
• Tech Image: preparation and rehearsal of internal and external talks, conferences, and writing tech blog posts;
• Human Development: enable every developer and architect to find their career path to the highest level, highlight the skills of experts!

Your technical environment: Java 8/11/17/21, Spring, Talend, Front JS, Microservices, Gitab, CI/CD, Angular or React.

At Sopra Steria, AI is not just an innovation topic: it is integrated into the core of our projects to generate concrete benefits for our clients. As such, in your developments, you will also be led to: Integrate AI APIs (LLM, NLP, OCR), manipulate data pipelines and AI services in the Cloud, Contribute to data/AI-oriented architectures. Knowledge of these technical environments would be an additional asset.

Your profile:

You have at least 4 years of experience as a developer and possess solid technical skills in Java backend and frontend technical stacks.

You have already undertaken design, experimentation, and implementation missions for application architecture, with support for development teams.

You have participated in the implementation of industrialization and CI/CD, covering aspects of quality metrics and security.

You are sensitive to software craftsmanship and good development practices (SOLID, Clean Code).

Finally, you hold a degree from an Engineering School, a University program, or equivalent.
