Job Description
Your role and missions:
Take charge of the design, development, and evolution of critical applications (B2C, B2B, internal, or distributed) in Java (microservices), React.js (SPA), and React Native in environments requiring: performance, high availability, security, scalability, advanced CI/CD.
Backend — Java (mandatory)
- Development of microservices Java 17+ / Spring Boot 3+
- Distributed / event-driven architecture
- Design and exposure of REST APIs (standardization, versioning)
- Implementation of batch processing: Spring Batch
- Performance optimization: multithreading, memory management, profiling
- Interaction with Oracle / PostgreSQL, SQL tuning, indexing
- Robustness & security: OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, internal standards
Frontend — React.js (mandatory)
- SPA Development: React 18+, TypeScript, Redux Toolkit
- Design System Integration (Material, internal, or equivalent)
- Advanced state management, optimized rendering
- Frontend Testing: Cypress / Jest
- Accessibility: WCAG/RGAA compliance
Mobile — React Native (mandatory)
- Development and maintenance of React Native mobile applications
- Development of cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) React Native
- Design and integration of user interfaces
- Connecting the application to REST APIs / GraphQL
- Implementation of authentication and user session management
DevOps / Environment
- CI/CD: GitLab CI or Jenkins, advanced pipelines
- Docker, Kubernetes orchestrators
- Monitoring & observability: Grafana, Prometheus, ELK
- Quality: SonarQube, TDD strongly valued
Methods
- Agile/Scrum organization or hybrid model
- Technical documentation (OpenAPI, Confluence)
- Strong engineering culture: code review, pair programming
Qualifications
You hold a degree from an Engineering School or a University degree or equivalent.
- 5 years minimum on the Java, React.js + React Native stack
- Significant experience on critical applications in at least one environment:
- high volume / real-time
- enhanced security
- horizontal scalability
- Mastery of microservices, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Previous experience in technical responsibility for a complete scope (end-to-end)
