N2JSoft is a B2B SaaS Fintech specializing in business expense management.

Founded in 2015, it currently has 20,000 clients and 1 million users in 98 countries, making N2F one of the leaders in the French market.

N2F simplifies business expense management: photo of receipts, automatic recognition, validation, accounting export, legally binding archiving, etc.

The goal: to save companies time while securing their internal processes.

After gradual growth, the team has grown from 20 people in 2021 to 220 today, driven by product success and international expansion.

We share a common goal: to become the European leader in managing expense reports and supplier invoices.

In 2021, N2JSoft expanded its expertise with Keeple, HR software dedicated to leave, absences, and working time (outside the scope of this position).

We plan to recruit 100 new employees by 2027. Our objective is also to accelerate the growth of our products, which requires strengthening our development team.

The tech team

Our team consists of experienced full stack developers, organized into squads: Expense Reports, Corporate Cards, Invoices, Core…

Each squad includes: developers, tech lead, team lead, product manager, and QA testers.

Stack and practices

Front: Angular 16/21

Back: .NET 10 – C#

Infra: AWS

DBs: MSSQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB

Architecture: modular monolith

Best practices: unit tests, code reviews, pair programming, Qodana coverage, Microsoft Release Flow.

Methodology: Agile Scrum, 2-week sprints (daily, weekly, retro, planning).

The profile sought

Reporting to a Team Lead in one of the product squads, you have:

• An IT degree with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3)

• 3 years of experience in .NET / C# (web or backend)

• 2 years of experience with Angular and good front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS, TypeScript)

• A good command of SQL

• Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Docker

And you demonstrate:

• Team spirit to work in a climate of trust, mutual aid, and shared responsibility

• Curiosity and openness to understand user needs and the technical environment

• Pragmatism and rigor to produce reliable code with controlled impact.

• It is crucial to thoroughly understand the functional scope of the product to succeed in this role.

Recruitment process

1. Pre-qualification with our recruiters

2. Technical test to be completed independently (7-day deadline)

3. Technical interview / code review with our tech team (1 hour)

4. Interview with the CTO (40 min)

At the end of the recruitment process, a more informal 20-minute meeting can be organized to meet your future colleagues.

Remote work:

Approximately 100 of our employees work full remote, from different regions. For those who live near our offices, daily presence is preferred (with one remote day per week). Individuals located about an hour's drive away typically come to the office two days a week.

For full remote employees, we organize one week of presence per quarter, covered by the company, to strengthen team bonds and share internal highlights.

These weeks are part of our rhythm of quarterly events (workshops, social gatherings, seminars, etc.), which contribute to team cohesion and culture.

In summary, we adapt the remote work rhythm to each person's geographic situation, in a spirit of flexibility, trust, and collaboration.

Compensation and benefits

• €40-50k gross annual salary depending on experience/technical level
