Your missions:

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to work on a critical platform at the heart of market activities.

This platform orchestrates a very large volume of processing and plays a central role in the daily operations of teams (calculations, operational piloting, data reporting). It is currently undergoing a thorough overhaul, both on the frontend and backend.

You will be involved in a context where the challenges are both:

  • technical (modernization, performance, reliability)

  • functional (proximity to end-users)

  • and organizational (high autonomy for engineers)

Your responsibilities:

  • Design and develop full stack features in Java 21 and React

  • Participate in the complete overhaul of the user interface

  • Contribute to the modernization of the backend (Java version upgrade from 11 to 17, then 21, framework evolution)

  • Work on the application architecture and structuring choices

  • Work in direct interaction with end-users to understand their needs

  • Take ownership of your subjects from end to end, from design to production

  • Ensure the quality of deliverables: robustness, performance, maintainability

Profile sought:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in software development

  • You are proficient in Java (in a modern backend environment) and React on the frontend

  • You have prior experience with production systems involving large volumes or criticality

  • You are comfortable working autonomously and taking subjects end to end

  • You seek to understand the functional stakes behind technical solutions

  • You are proactive and comfortable challenging the existing
