React / TypeScript Front-End Developer – M/F

🎯 The project

As part of a mission with a major player in high-end tourism, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of sales applications used by internal teams.

Integrated into the Delivery Factory team, within the Global Marketing Digital Technology (gMDT) department, you will participate in improving the digital experience of employees.

👉 Concrete challenges of quality, performance, and reliability, with attention paid to continuous integration, security, and application compliance.

🛠️ Your responsibilities

Development & Integration

• Design and develop new front-end features in React / TypeScript.

• Ensure the corrective and evolutionary maintenance of applications.

• Participate in the sharing of components and the continuous improvement of code.

• Effectively leverage Claude Code to assist with development, testing, refactoring, and documentation, while maintaining a critical eye on generated code.
  

Quality & Performance

• Write unit and integration tests.

• Optimize bundle size, rendering times, and interface fluidity.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with security and conformity standards.
  

Agility & Collaboration

• Collaborate with PMs, UX/UI designers, QAs, and other developers.

• Participate in agile rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, and demos.

• Contribute to estimations and planning of developments.
  

Technical Community

• Share your best practices and contribute to technological watch.

• Participate in the definition and application of technical standards for the internal community.
  

⚙️ Technical environment

• Front-end: React, TypeScript

• State management: Context API

• API: REST / GraphQL

• Tests: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress

• Versioning & integration: GitLab or equivalent, CI/CD

• Collaboration & design: Jira, Figma

• AI-assisted development: Claude Code

👤 Profile sought

• 2 to 5 years of experience in front-end development, or a full-stack background with a front-end focus.

• Good command of React and TypeScript.

• Solid knowledge of unit and integration tests.

• Awareness of code quality and application performance.

• Ability to effectively leverage Claude Code in your development practices.

• Professional English, to work in an international context.

• Salary: €46–52 K gross annual fixed, depending on your experience, + variable + profit-sharing.
