In this context, we are looking for an AI-Specialized Developer to strengthen our R&D team and accelerate the development of our innovative solutions. You will work on the design, integration, and industrialization of AI use cases (LLM, Machine Learning, RAG, automation) for our SaaS products.

Main Missions:

• Design and development of AI solutions in Python.

• Implementation of RAG pipelines (Retrieval Augmented Generation) to improve model relevance,

• Utilization of AWS cloud and particularly AI/LLM services (e.g., Bedrock),

• Integration of AI and orchestration tools (N8N, OpenAI, Claude, …),

• Experimentation and continuous improvement through prompt engineering and model fine-tuning,

• Technological watch on AI innovations and proposal of ideas/concepts to enrich our products,

• Collaboration with product, data, and dev teams to industrialize reliable and scalable AI solutions.

Expected Technical Skills:

• Mastery of the Python language.

• Experience on AWS (ideally Bedrock, Lambda, S3, etc.),

• Good understanding of AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).

It's a plus if:

• First experience in productionizing AI/LLM solutions

• Advanced knowledge of LLMs and prompting techniques,

• Practice of RAG and contextual data retrieval architectures,

• Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools (e.g., N8N),

Soft Skills:

• Proactiveness: able to transform technological watch into concrete solutions,

• Autonomy and rigor in development,

• Enjoyment of collaborative work (product, QA, data, dev),

• Curiosity and ability to simplify AI concepts for non-technical profiles.

Profile Sought:

• Confirmed experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in software development (preferably on AI projects)

• Experience in a cloud context (ideally AWS),

What this role is NOT:

• Data science (no statistical modeling, no training of in-house models),

• An LLM or NLP research role,

• An MLOps position focused on infrastructure or cluster management,

• An academically oriented experimentation role.

This role is indeed a Software Developer role: it involves designing, integrating, and industrializing AI functionalities directly into our SaaS products. Technical, pragmatic, production-oriented.
