Job description
Summary The main role consists of collaborating with teams to develop applications and APIs based on Big Data technologies, thus providing digital and analytical solutions adapted to business needs. Responsibilities: Develop REST applications and APIs with the Spring framework. Implement a testing strategy (TDD). Ensure automated deployment of applications (containers). Optimize the JVM to ensure stability under heavy load. Use Big Data technologies (HDFS, Spark, Oozie) and Cloud (AWS, Azure). Must Haves: Expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS). Development skills (Shell Unix, Perl, PHP, Python, Git). Experience with Hadoop (Big Data). Mastery of Java and Scala. Experience with MS Azure. Skills in Spark. Nice to Haves: Additional knowledge in DevOps and CI/CD. Experience working with agile methodologies. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Other Details: Service Type: Level 3 Data Engineering. Commitment to an agile methodology for development and testing. SLAs respected for maintaining production operational.
