Job description
Michael Page The role we are specifically looking for will: - Identify and evaluate new development opportunities. - Analyze the urbanistic, territorial, and environmental feasibility of projects. - Manage PAS, Single Authorization, VIA Screening, and VIA. - Support the preparation of authorization documentation. - Interface with public administrations, competent bodies, and external consultants. - Coordinate technical, environmental, and design studies. - Support technical and authorization due diligence activities. - Monitor timelines, costs, and progress of initiatives. An ideal Development & Permitting Manager - Renewable Energy should have: - Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Territorial Planning, or related fields. - 3-5 years of experience in the development of RES (Renewable Energy Sources) projects. - Knowledge of national and regional authorization regulations. - Experience in managing authorization processes. - Good knowledge of GIS and AutoCAD. Our client is an important company with operational headquarters in Brescia and commercial headquarters in Milan, which manages development projects and/or operating assets in the renewable energy sector, with a particular focus on wind, photovoltaic, agrivoltaic, and biomethane sectors, with developments and/or plants distributed throughout the national territory.
