Role: Development Manager - Ultra-Luxury Resort & Private Residential Community Location: Baja California Sur, Mexico Salary: USD $150,000 - USD $200,000 per year incentives medical insurance 401k A leading international real estate development group is seeking an experienced Development Manager to support the delivery of a landmark ultra-luxury resort and private residential community in Baja California Sur. The project will comprise branded residences, high-end hospitality, resort amenities, and other luxury features. Key responsibilities include: * Overseeing the development process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. * Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design and construction align with project goals. * Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve optimal results. * Coordinating with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities. * Developing and implementing strategies for marketing and sales efforts. * Maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and environmental sustainability throughout the development process. The ideal candidate will possess: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate development, construction management, architecture). * At least 5 years of experience in development management or a related field. * Strong understanding of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid). * Willingness to relocate to Baja California Sur for the duration of the project.
