- Southport office with parking
- Over 600 townhouses already in the pipeline
- 140k - 150k + Super
- Strong builder with presence in the industry over 20 years
To be successful you will have the following:
- Experience delivering property development projects, particularly in high density and townhouse sector
- Well versed in QLD planning legislation, approval pathways, and development processes
- Skilled in building strong relationships and managing stakeholders across all project stages
- Experienced in preparing and analysing feasibility models using tools such as Estate Master
- Holds tertiary qualifications in Property, Planning, Construction, or a related field
