Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer with a diversified property portfolio in Western Australia, with a diverse and ambitious array of top-tier projects.

Gough is excited to partner with this highly sought-after property developer to assist in growing a talented team of professionals. We are looking for an experienced Development Manager to join a dynamic and motivated team to work on an extensive pipeline of mixed-use projects.

You will join a very well-regarded development team and work on an enviable pipeline of projects.

The role

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in all parts of the development life-cycle on built-form projects.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate Project Planning and design management
• Coordinating approvals and managing stakeholders
• Preparation of Consultancy Briefs & Tenders
• Strategic Risk and contract management
• Tender Management, drafting proposals, and variations
• Responsibility for Financials - feasibility, cash flow forecasts
• Oversee Development Delivery through management of project scopes, ensuring delivery is on time and to budget whilst achieving all project objectives

Skills & experience

To be considered for this position you will have the following:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Equivalent
• Proven Track Record in Built Form property development
• Ability to Oversee Development Delivery and contractor management
• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Established Relationships with Government & Consultants
