Job Description The Intelligence Automation Centre of Excellence has the assignment to create value by providing automation solutions and simplify the life of our IKEA co-worker, working hand in hand with the business and product teams. This position will cover essential duties and responsibilities: Lead and manage RPA projects with a primary focus on utilizing UiPath, overseeing both onshore and offshore consultant teams. Responsible for technical design, automation developments and serving as liaison between stakeholders. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborates with the business and product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Provides guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Develops and implements processes, procedures and standards for RPA projects. Analyzes and interprets data to measure project performance and make informed decisions. Identifies and mitigates risks associated with RPA projects. Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the business and its operations to ensure effective automation solutions. Provides training and support to end-users on the use of automated processes. Ensures that all work is performed in accordance with company policies, procedures and standards.
