In this role, you will split your time evenly between 50% coding and 50% leading the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions. Your main responsibilities will include: • Leading a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products; • Developing and maintaining public websites and eCommerce platforms using Drupal and WordPress; • Collaborating with designers to ensure seamless integration of design and development; • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions; • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards; • Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on best practices; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and technologies.
