About the Role

As a Developer Programmer (Software Developer) at AlphaBiz Solutions, you’ll play an integral part in designing, building, and maintaining business applications and integrations.
You’ll work closely with consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure each system we deliver is secure, efficient, and tailored to the client’s needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analysing and evaluating business and system requirements.
• Designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications.
• Identifying system limitations and developing scalable, secure solutions.
• Writing and maintaining clear technical documentation and end-user guides.
• Managing automation, testing, and deployment of software solutions.
• Supporting continuous improvement and software delivery strategies.
• Ensuring system security through encryption, data integrity, and risk mitigation.

About You

You’re a problem-solver who enjoys building smart solutions that make businesses more efficient. You thrive in a team environment and value quality and precision in your work.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Developer Programmer or Software Developer.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, SQL, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with software testing, automation, and version control tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
