About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Developer Programmer to support the development and maintenance of customised internal software solutions. The role involves analysing business requirements, improving existing platforms, and supporting technical users across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse operational and system requirements to support manufacturing and administrative functions.
- Contribute to the design, coding, testing and deployment of internal applications and tools.
- Modify and optimise existing software systems to improve performance and usability
- Support database queries, data validation and integration between internal system
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to internal stakeholders
- Assist with documentation including specifications, user guides and change logs
- Ensure software solutions align with business rules, security protocols and quality standards
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in software development or programming role
- Exposure to programming languages (e.g. Java, Python, C#, Processing, or similar)
- Understanding of relational databases, SQL and APIs
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and testing practices
- Effective analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
