Developer (.NET) Salary Software Development (m/w/d)

The SelectLine Group is one of the leading providers of salary and remuneration software in the German-speaking region. Our products run in thousands of companies and enable reliable monthly settlements. To strengthen our development teams, we are looking for several .NET developers who will actively shape the future of our products.

Tasks

• You implement technical requirements in clean, maintainable .NET/C# code and develop new features.
• You analyze, design, implement, and document new functions and modules, from idea to release.
• You maintain and optimize existing software components and actively contribute to code quality and architecture.
• You participate in code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD processes.
• You work closely with product management and the IVVQ department to technically implement professional requirements.
• You actively participate in architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.
• You create and maintain technical documentation, developer guidelines, and change descriptions.

Qualification

• Completed studies or training in computer science/software development or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge in the area of salary, ERP, or financial software.
• Professional experience in .NET/C# application development.
• Fundamental understanding of software architectures, interfaces, and data models (including SQL/databases).
• Experience with Git, build, and CI/CD processes as well as modern development tools.
• Structured, self-responsible working style and team orientation.

This would be a plus:

• Experience with agile development methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Knowledge in Jira, Microsoft Teams, or Miro.
• Interest in architecture modernization and domain knowledge in German social security law.
