Aufgaben

• Development and adaptation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC): Implementation of customer- and industry-specific requirements through tailored solutions based on the Dynamics platform.
• .NET Development: Use of modern .NET technologies to extend and integrate system functions.
• Analyse and specification: Collection and documentation of requirements in subprojects, as well as their translation into technical concepts.
• Dokumentation: Creation of technical documentation for quality assurance and as a basis for training and user support.
• Implementation & Training: Introduction of developed solutions to the customer, as well as conducting user training to ensure smooth system usage.
• Project Support: Active participation in all project phases – from conception to go-live.
• Support (2nd Level): Analysis and resolution of complex support cases in collaboration with the support department.
• Knowledge Transfer: Engagement in internal knowledge building through exchange of experiences, best practices, and development of the project team.

Qualification

• Fachliche Qualifikation: Successful completion of IT training with a focus on programming or a degree in computer science or business informatics.
• First Practical Experience: Ideally, already some experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Navision or similar applications.
• Process Understanding: Good understanding of business processes and their representation in IT systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid IT knowledge as well as interest in modern technologies and software solutions.
• Persönliche Stärken: Excellent teamwork, communication pleasure, and an open, engaged personality.
• Weiterbildungsbereitschaft: Self-responsible working style and high motivation for continuous professional and personal development.
• Sprachkenntnisse: Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills for exchange in international contexts.
