We are isento (Portuguese: "free") and realize IT projects in Nuremberg from conception to rollout. As a Software Developer with a focus on Secure Software Development, you will contribute to the development of tailor-made solutions for our customers' challenges. Furthermore, you will support establishing security as an integral part of modern software development.

Tasks

Your Job at isento

• The focus of your work is on software development. You develop modern, secure software solutions in the cloud and web environment with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, or Python.
• Understandable code, unit and integration tests, code reviews, knowledge exchange, and pair programming are just as much a part of your daily routine as the conception of new features and coordination with stakeholders.
• In addition, you will also support topics related to Secure Software Development across projects. This includes, among other things, secure coding, security best practices, analysis of applications regarding possible security risks, and the development of appropriate measures.
• You promote knowledge building within the company, create awareness for IT security, and engage with current topics such as the secure development and use of AI systems and LLMs. You actively contribute, develop your own ideas, and drive topics forward with responsibility and foresight.

Qualifications

What you bring with you

• Passion for software development and IT security.
• You have already gained professional experience in software projects and know what modern software development entails.
• You have experience in DevSecOps, IT security, secure coding, or application security – it doesn't matter whether you are just building it up or have already deepened your knowledge. What matters is your enthusiasm for secure software development.
• You master Java and/or Python.
• Knowledge of Spring Boot, Angular, databases, CI/CD, cloud technologies, and Gen AI is helpful.
• You are curious, seek exchange, and enjoy passing on knowledge.
• Good German language skills (at least B2) enable you to communicate confidently with our customers and within the team.
