DEV Engineer

We are currently looking for a DEV Engineer to join a high-performing Agile squad , contributing to the design, development, and delivery of high-value products within sprints. Mission Context The Agile team is a small, cross-functional group combining skills in analysis, design, development, testing, and integration to deliver complex software solutions . As a DEV Engineer, you will be part of this team, working closely with other squad members, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, design solutions, and implement features. - Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure the team's goals are aligned and progress is tracked. - Work closely with product owners to understand business needs and develop software solutions that meet those needs. - Ensure high-quality products by following best practices for coding, testing, and debugging. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
