Your Tasks

• Processing calls, chats & emails from travelers

• Managing bookings, special requests & changes

• Finding solutions and guiding customers through their options

• Giving travel tips tailored to customer needs

• Processing payments & cancellations

You are the person who makes every trip smoother, stress-free, and more beautiful.

What You Bring

• Fluent German (C1-C2)

• Good English skills

• Friendly, solution-oriented & organized work style

• Safe handling of digital tools

• Bonus point: Experience in customer service or e-commerce
