Job Description

As Customer Support Specialist, you will support German customers in handling inquiries and solving technical or product-related issues. You will represent a global brand, work in a professional environment, and receive a comprehensive, paid training before starting your job.

Your Tasks

• Handling customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat
• Analyzing and solving technical or process-related questions
• Documented all customer interactions according to company guidelines
• Collaboration with colleagues and supervisors in a multinational environment
• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented service level

Your Profile

• Very good German language skills (at least C1)
• Good English language skills (B2) for internal communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
• EU citizenship or unrestricted work permit in the EU
• Service-oriented, structured, and responsible working style
