WHAT YOU'LL DO

In your apprenticeship, you'll be part of our team from day one. Whether on the sales floor, at customer service or at the cash register – you're right in the middle of things and shaping the success of our stores actively with us. You'll help us to daily inspire our customers for H&M. With us, you'll learn everything you need for a successful career: exciting insights into how retail works in practice and a solid theoretical education in vocational school.

You:

• will get to know the different areas of our stores during your apprenticeship. You'll learn how we tick at H&M and what makes us so special. Whether on the sales floor, in the fitting room or at the cash register – our customers are always at the center.
• will see how campaigns and sales promotions are successfully implemented to achieve our revenue targets together.
• will learn to present our single looks and departments creatively and inspiringly and what role our warehouse plays.
• will gain exciting insights into administrative tasks and learn everything about what goes on behind the scenes of a successful store and how all the different areas fit together in the end.

Our stores are the heart of H&M – here our customers experience the brand up close. Every team member contributes to creating an inspiring and inviting atmosphere.
You'll work closely with your team and help our customers feel confident in themselves and express their individuality with the latest trends and timeless styles.

• Your monthly apprenticeship salary (gross) is
  1000.- in the 1st year, 1200.- in the 2nd year, 1600.- in the 3rd year
  (13 times a year)
