CAD Technician Designer H/F

The position of CAD Technician Designer H/F

Reporting to the Head of the Design Office, you will be responsible for the development of public space development projects and the creation of graphic documents (plans, mapping, communication documents) for the department.

Development of public space development projects under the responsibility of the technician
Carrying out complementary site surveys (leveling, traffic counting) and collecting preliminary data
Development and modification of development plans at different project stages (plans, cross-sections, and longitudinal profiles).
Study of technical solutions in accordance with current regulations and standards
Quantitative evaluation of projects: volumes, measurements, and cost estimates
Preparation of works: declaration of works (DT), complementary investigations, road permits, ...
Participation in construction monitoring

Development of graphic documents for the entire department

Development of communication documents

The ideal candidate

With experience in VRD (Roads and Utilities) and urban development, you have knowledge of road construction and topography techniques.
You master current regulations and CAD/CAM software (AUTOCAD or MENSURA) as well as the Libre Office suite.
You have interpersonal skills, great responsiveness, and a strong ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
You also possess organizational skills and a good spirit of initiative.
Driving license B is essential.

The company

The local departments are involved in the development and maintenance of public spaces, urban and economic development, and sanitation.
They act as the technical liaison for the Métropole with residents.
The Erdre et Loire department covers the municipalities of Carquefou, Mauves-sur-Loire, Thouaré-sur-Loire, Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, and certain districts in the north-east of Nantes.
