We are an internationally renowned company whose headquarters is located in the Swiss Romandy region, near Neuchâtel. We design, develop and manufacture centrifugal pumps and diaphragm control valves meeting high requirements that we deliver to the industry, chemistry and wastewater sector. In order to strengthen our Technical Office and ensure the continuity of our projects, we are looking for a Draftsman - Constructor & Apprentice Reference who will be responsible for the following tasks: - Designing and drafting technical drawings using CAD software; - Constructing and assembling prototypes; - Conducting tests and trials on prototypes; - Documenting and reporting test results; - Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, industrial design, etc.); - 2 years of experience in a similar role; - Proficiency in CAD software and ability to learn new software quickly; - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
