You will be responsible for designing, building, testing and optimizing watch movements, as well as ensuring their quality and reliability. Your tasks include: • Designing and building new watch movements, taking into account the specific requirements of each model; • Testing and optimizing watch movements to ensure their quality and reliability; • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations; • Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement new products; • Participating in the development of new technologies and innovations. Your profile To be considered for this position, you must have: • A degree in watchmaking or a related field; • At least 5 years of experience in watch movement design and building; • Strong technical skills and knowledge of watch movements; • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Fluency in French (spoken and written); • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
