Steel Structure and Building Envelope Drafter H/F

Our goal: to bring together the right projects and foster professional fulfillment! We are recruiting for a locksmith and metalwork company specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of custom metal products such as doors, windows, stairs, railings, fences, and more, a Steel Structure and Building Envelope Drafter (H/F) on a permanent contract (CDI). Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Collaborate with architects, clients, project managers, and technical managers to define the best constructive solutions
- Participate in contract reviews and technical meetings to ensure the conformity and feasibility of projects
- Design and draw detailed execution plans for steel structures, framing, and the building envelope
- Develop fabrication plans for the workshop as well as assembly plans for construction sites
- Carry out cladding and roofing layout plans, taking into account technical and aesthetic constraints
- Prepare, update, and distribute the as-built works files (DOE)
- Ensure the application and respect of current standards and regulations in steel construction. The remuneration will be determined according to the candidate's profile.
