This critical role sits at the heart of the operation, key responsibilities include:
- Excellence in customer service through responding to service-related enquiries to meet contractual service timelines
- Supervision of the despatch coordinators
- Monitoring route collection efficiencies, coordinating daily activities, responding to sudden reactive changes, and communicating with customers regarding any operational delays
- Scheduling daily work for over 60 trucks and operators
