We are looking for a professional to work in the Analyst of Document Clerk area.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Risk Analysis: Evaluate the driver's profile, vehicle model, and circulation region.
  • Policy Calculation: Define the premium amount (insurance price) and deductibles in the system.
  • Proposal Transmission: Issue and validate contracts with insurance companies.
  • Renewal Management: Monitor expiring policies and negotiate new conditions.
  • Claim Regulation: Analyze documents and reports in case of theft or collision.
  • Budget Negotiation: Validate repair costs directly with accredited workshops.
  • Inspection Control: Schedule and track the results of pre-vehicle inspections.
  • Assisted Claimant Support: Guide the client on the steps immediately following an accident.
  • Assistance Release: Activate towing, replacement car, and locksmith services for the insured.
  • Fraud Analysis: Identify inconsistencies or suspicions in claim reports.
  • Billing and Endorsements: Handle payment pending issues and make changes to policy details.


Mandatory Requirements


  • Completed higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, Economics, or related areas.
  • Experience in the automotive segment.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Analytical and results-oriented profile.


Desirable Requirements


  • Experience with vehicles
  • Desirable knowledge in Power BI.
