Domestic Operations Coordinator - Afternoon Shift

We are seeking a Domestic Operations Coordinator detail-oriented and proactive to manage and coordinate the daily operations of our land-based logistics services. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a solid understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with drivers and customers.

Afterschool schedule: Sunday-Friday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate dispatching and driver management to ensure timely deliveries.
• Supervise and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with drivers about schedules, updates, and any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.
• Maintain precise records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver records.
• Solve any logistical problems that may arise during transit.
• Assist in evaluating and improving dispatch processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Intermediate/Advanced English
• Experience in dispatching - automotive product finished goods
• Diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competence in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in an accelerated environment and make quick decisions.
