Responsibilities
Responsible for giving entry and exit to employees, visits, and providers, as well as ensuring the security of the branch through a camera system. Receive telephone or electronic requests from routes and clients, monitor and administer the SOFI and âticketingâ SNOW systems, and ensure the integrity of service data in the system.
Specific Tasks
Allow entry and exit to employees, visits, and providers according to established security procedures.
Job Requirements
1- Fourth Year of High School
2- Valid Puerto Rico Firearms License
3- Experience in data entry on computers, preferably with experience in Oracle and SOFI.
4- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions
The work is performed in a closed area. The work area is maintained between 68 and 72 degrees Fahrenheit (F) with low noise levels.

Responsibilities

Receive telephone or electronic requests from routes and clients, monitor and administer the SOFI and âticketingâ SNOW systems, and ensure the integrity of service data in the system.
Specific Tasks
Allow entry and exit to employees, visits, and providers according to established security procedures.
- Receive telephone calls from routes to provide combos and process the combo process.
- Receive telephone calls from routes to notify any situation on the route and channel the calls appropriately.
- Receive client calls to request services and specials. Channel the calls appropriately.
- Provide/register entry and exit of personnel and visits, according to security procedures and records (âlogsâ) established.
- Make RPMS entries.
- Receive client emails and assign FLM services (e.g. technical services, âtech meetsâ, safe points services).
- Receive client emails and assign route services (e.g. ATM pickups, customer requests).
- Monitor branch security through camera system.
- Daily monitoring of âclose sealsâ of ATMs.
- Monitoring of FLM services and routes.
- Archiving weekend service orders for FLMs.
- Receive route calls to add stops in SOFI.
- Monitor and work the âticketingâ SNOW system.
- Perform functions related to OUTBOUND / INBOUND / Service Orders entry of FLM in SOFI.
- Carry out other essential tasks as assigned.
