Job Description As an expert in the local economy, you will be an important point of contact for entrepreneurs and will work towards an attractive, dynamic, and entrepreneur-friendly Zedelgem. You will translate policy into concrete actions, follow up on files, and actively contribute ideas for initiatives that stimulate local trade and entrepreneurship.
You will work closely with colleagues, entrepreneurs, and external partners and ensure that ideas are actually set in motion.
Profile

• You possess a bachelor's degree.
• You have knowledge of or a strong affinity with local economy, entrepreneurship, and trade.
• You are customer-oriented and communicate smoothly with entrepreneurs, colleagues, and external partners.
• You can interpret and correctly apply relevant laws and regulations.
• You enjoy teamwork, but can also independently take on and follow up on files.
• You are eager to learn and willing to further immerse yourself in the field of work.
• You are decisive, take initiative, and think in a solution-oriented manner.

Offer At Local Government Zedelgem, you will have a varied role in which you can make a visible impact on local entrepreneurship.
You can count on:

• a varied and challenging job with responsibility and room for initiative;
• a full-time employment contract of indefinite duration;
• a salary according to pay scale B1-B3;
• meal vouchers of €9;
• hospitalization insurance;
• a contribution of 3% of the gross salary to the second pension pillar;
• reimbursement for commuting when using public transport and/or bicycle;
• numerous benefits and discounts at museums, amusement parks, and shops, among others;
• a flexible working hours arrangement;
• an attractive leave arrangement.

In addition, a reserve pool will be created for a period of 3 years.
