Desktop Support Specialist
Job description
Join our dynamic team as a Desktop Support Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless technology operations. Your expertise in computer systems will be vital in addressing user concerns efficiently and providing clear technical support.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support.
- Build software from scratch using Autopilot.
- Work extensively with Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune.
- Conduct Data Centre Walkthroughs.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Set up desktop hardware and assist with software installations and updates.
We are looking for someone proficient in operating infrastructure and hardware, with a solid understanding of ICT infrastructure in a corporate environment. Familiarity with desktop operating systems and common applications like Microsoft Office is essential.
Qualifications:
- PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS)
- Bachelor's Degree in IT
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Local Language and English (spoken and written)
- Valid work rights
