Desktop Support Engineer

In Corp are looking for an Engineer with knowledge in production / manufacturing environment giving on-site support to users of TIC's.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Engineering degree in Systems or related (Title or Student Indispensable).
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial environment Support TIC's.
• Experience working in environments SLA's and KPI's.
• No inconvenience with relocation.

Experiences:

• Providing technical support to users on-site and remotely
• Experience working in environments of SLA ́s and KPI ́s
• Use of ticket tools
• Diagnostics hardware failure at PC, Laptop, and Printer level
• Follow-up on warranties, maintenance, sending and receiving equipment to suppliers
• Knowledge in problem-solving methodology
• Knowledge of ITIL
• Inventoried management of TI equipment
• Configuration and administration of routers, switches, access points, repeaters
• Use and administration of network monitoring tools
• Configuration and creation of email accounts
• Review and configuration of video surveillance cameras
• Installation of antivirus and resolution of incidents related to computer viruses
• Use of Active Directory
• Use of Windows Operating System version 10 or higher
