Tō tūranga hou | Your new role As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day BAU support at both Level 1 and Level 2 capacity. This will involve providing technical assistance to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining accurate records of all incidents and resolutions. You’ll also be expected to work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.
