Desktop Support - CONTRACT

The Company A well established, asset heavy organisation operating across multiple regions in New Zealand, supporting a large and distributed workforce with shared, site based environments. The organisation is actively investing in modernising end user computing and workplace technology platforms. The Role The contract role will support a region wide desktop and hardware refresh programme, providing hands on Windows 10/11 support across a large, distributed environment. You'll be responsible for delivering high quality technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving issues with desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices, as well as providing guidance on the use of Microsoft Office applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a corporate or government environment, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
