Job description
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 7, Windows 10 & Microsoft Office (2007 to 2022 & O365) and other authorized desktop applications. • Installation and maintenance of Desktops and Laptops in workgroup and domain model. • Implementing, managing, monitoring and troubleshooting hardware devices and drivers. • Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment. • Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop applications, operating systems, and peripherals. • Collaborate with IT team to identify and resolve technical problems. • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests for assistance.
