The Company: Our Client is a multinational technology leader in the industry that is expanding the business. The Role: As a Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Performed Desktop Support services to users. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations. Perform imaging/re-imaging. Asset inventory tasks. Provide technical escalation support as needed. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of desktop operating systems, hardware, and software applications.
