Job description
The Company: Our Client is a multinational information technology and electronics leader in the industry. The Role: As a Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for the following: Performed Desktop Support services to users. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations. Perform imaging/re-imaging. Asset inventory tasks. Provide technical escalation support as needed. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
