We at Inkster write Eigenverantwortlichkeit, Motivation and Fun big! As a 10-member team of Digital Natives and our unique 2-week Tattoo on Fruchtbasis, we started in June 2021 and rose to become the European market leader within a few months. Today, we sell our products in six international markets and work daily to further develop Inkster as a modern Love-Brand.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Designer/in starting immediately.

You love strong Brands, creative variety and modern Design? You're interested in E-Commerce, Product Design, Packaging and visual Brand Worlds? You have the desire to work in a rapidly growing startup with high design freedom and make your ideas directly visible - in our Online Shop, on Social Media, in the drugstore and even on human skin? Then we're looking for you exactly for our team in Hamburg.

You will be a full-time member of our team, working closely with the founders and receiving a lot of creative responsibility from day one. Together, we develop new products, campaigns and designs and further develop Inkster as an international brand. We look forward to you.

Aufgaben

• You develop the design for new products - from Packaging and Displays to Product Images and visual concepts for our Online Shop and retail.
• You design banners, graphics, landing pages and other creative assets for our Shopify shop as well as marketing campaigns.
• You develop new Tattoo designs and bring in creative ideas for new collections and products.
• You are responsible for the visual implementation and further development of our brand identity across all channels.
• You develop creative concepts together with the team and ensure consistent CI for our campaigns.
• You coordinate creative projects independently, align with suppliers and production partners, and keep track of timings and assets.
• You monitor trends from the fields of Design, Fashion, Beauty and Social Media and actively bring in new impulses into the company.

Qualifikation

• You have a strong sense for modern design, aesthetics, branding, and visual communication.
• You ideally bring experience from the environment of D2C Brands, Beauty-, Fashion- or Lifestyle-Markets with you.
• You have experience working with tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern AI tools.
• You work organized, independently, and pragmatically and set projects reliably in motion.
• You are creative, hands-on, and eager to take on responsibility and actively shape things.
• You enjoy managing parallel projects - from Packaging over Product Design to digital assets.
• You possess very good German language skills; English language skills are an asset.
• You're interested in E-Commerce, modern brands, and creative trends in the digital environment.
