As Designer:in / Mediengestalter:in in Teilzeit (m/w/d) you bring your creativity and experience into our team – with a work model that fits your life. You design digital campaigns, Web- and UX-designs, Online-shops, Print-products and Social Media Content for our customers and ensure consistent, high-quality visual communication.

Aufgaben

• Gestalten: You create graphics and designs for Social Media, digital & analog campaigns, screen designs for websites and -shops as well as other advertising materials. You are familiar with the basics of design rules and current design trends.
• Umsetzen: You produce both static and animated content for various platforms (Canva skills for animations are sufficient) and take on not only design but also retouching of print products.
• Qualität sichern: You ensure a consistently high level of design quality and brand conformity, work carefully and have the technical requirements for various advertising materials in mind.
• Zusammenarbeiten: You work closely with Art Direction, Development, Strategy and Content Creators.
• Weiterentwickeln: You actively bring your ideas and trends into the creative work.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed education or degree in Graphic Design, Media Design, Communication Design or comparable and ideally experience working for an agency as well as designing digital and print designs.
• You are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – Figma or Canva are a plus.
• You have experience creating content for Social Media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Your sense of design, typography, and digital trends is well-developed.
• You work independently, structured, and quality-conscious.
• Teamwork and open communication are second nature to you.
• You possess excellent German and good English skills.
